CRUELTY AT THE BORDER
[HOUSTON, TX]On Monday July 17 2023 the Houston Chronicle release this article in which a Texas State Trooper recounts the cruelty they were ordered to display toward immigrants. FIEL is releasing the following state and spokespeople are available for comment.
"Cruel is an understatement when it comes to describing the directives state troopers received when it came on how they are to interact with immigrants at the US Mexico border, many of which are women and children. The heartless and callous nature of these directives makes us wonder what is truly going on in the Abott Administration and who he is trying to cater to. It’s not enough that he erroneously spent 1 million dollars on death buoys but now he wants to direct people to put immigrants’ lives in danger by pushing them back into the river and denying them water.
