PRESS ADVISORY: MAN WRONGFULLY DETAINED BY ICE RELEASED
[HOUSTON, TX] – On Friday, March 21, 2025, at 11:00 AM, Kevin, a young man who was wrongfully detained by ICE, along with his mother and spokespeople from FIEL (Immigrant Families and Students in the Fight), will gather at FIEL Headquarters (4635 Southwest Freeway #220, Houston, TX 77027) to share the events surrounding his detention and the aftermath.
“After more than three weeks in detention, Kevin has finally been released on bond and can continue fighting his immigration case. During this event, Kevin will recount his experience, answer questions about the ordeal he endured, and discuss his plans for moving forward, including how he intends to support his frail mother,” said Cesar Espinosa, Executive Director of FIEL.
