ARREST THE MAN WHO SHOT TEEN EMMANUEL MENCHACA
[HOUSTON, TX] On Monday August 18th 2025 at 1:00PM at FIEL Headquarters (4635 Southwest Freeway #220 Houston, TX 77027) the Menchaca family, supporters and FIEL spokespeople will gather to ask WHY HAS THERE BEEN NO ARREST IN THIUS CAS? WE NEED justice for Emmanuel Menchaca.
Emmanuel is an 18 year old young man who had a guinea pig who has passed away. After returning from work on a fateful evening he wanted to give hsi pet “Cookie” a proper burial. He decided to bury him in the side of his house when without provocation the neighbor shot Emmanuel 3 times in front of his 12 year old brother. We will review the video of the shooting and will hear from Emmanuel’s mom.
“IT HAS BEEN ALMOST A MONTH SINCE THE INCIDENT and no one has been arrested yet. This case is appalling and sad for many reasons but particularly because Emmanuel was shot right outside of his house. After the incident the family has not wanted to come home and now the family faces physical emotional and monetary challenges ahead. Emmanueal was doing nothing wrong yet he is the one most affected by this.
