UPDATE ON THE LEGAL BATTLE AHEAD FOR EMMANUEL GONZALEZ
[HOUSTON, TX] On Tuesday October 28 2025 at 11:0AM at FIEL Headquarters (4635 SW FREEWAY #220 HOUSTON,TX 77027) FIEL Spokespeople, the Maria Garcia (Emmanuel’s mom) Ross Miller from Gonzalez Olivieri and Sandra Gomez from Gomez Law will gather to announce legal representation for the Gonzalez-Garcia Family and the long road ahead for this family to reunite.
On Saturday October 4 at approximately 3 PM Emmanuel was at the corner of Clay and Hempstead Rd selling fruit with his mom MAria. Emmanuel asked to go to the restroom, but unfortunately, Ms Maria was busy tending to a customer. A few minutes later, Maria turned back around in the last direction where she had seen Emanuel. He was nowhere to be seen. Upon a frantic search, Maria called HPD.
“It has been Three weeks since Maria has been without her son. This is the longest time any of them have spent apart from each other. We need them to be reunited immediately.
