MARIA VISITS EMMANUEL WHILE IN DETENTION
[HOUSTON, TX] On Wednesday October 29 2025 at 4:30PM at Congressman Al Greens’s Office ( 3003 S Loop W #460, Houston, TX 77054) FIEL Spokespeople, Maria Garcia (Emmanuel’s mom), Congressman Al green, Attorneys from Gonzalez Olivieri Sandra Gomez from Gomez Law will gather to give a reaction of the events that occurred today at the scheduled visit with Emmanuel.
On Saturday October 4 at approximately 3 PM Emmanuel was at the corner of Clay and Hempstead Rd selling fruit with his mom MAria. Emmanuel asked to go to the restroom, but unfortunately, Ms Maria was busy tending to a customer. A few minutes later, Maria turned back around in the last direction where she had seen Emanuel. He was nowhere to be seen. Upon a frantic search, Maria called HPD.
“We will provide reaction to the nature of the visit and give an update on Emmanuel’s condition. It has been Three weeks since Maria has been without her son. This is the longest time any of them have spent apart from each other. We need them to be reunited immediately.
