EMMANUEL TO BE RELEASED FROM ORR
[HOUSTON, TX] On Friday November 21 at 7:00Pm at ORR HOUSTON (7509 S LOOP EAST HOUSTON TX 77021) Maria Gonazalez, Gonzalez Olivierri attorneys and FIEL Houston spokespeople will gather to receive Emmanuel Gonzalezas he is released from ORR detention.
On Saturday October 4 at approximately 3 PM Emmanuel was at the corner of Clay and Hempstead Rd selling fruit with his mom MAria. Emmanuel asked to go to the restroom, but unfortunately, Ms Maria was busy tending to a customer. A few minutes later, Maria turned back around in the last direction where she had seen Emanuel. He was nowhere to be seen. Upon a frantic search, Maria called HPD.
"After 48 days a federal judge has ordered for Emmanuel Gonzalez to be released. Emmanuel should have never be detained but now that he is we are elated that he shall be returned to his biological mother where he belongs.
