FAMILY OF DIAMOND ALVAREZ RESPONDS TO KILLER’S ARREST

[HOUSTON, TX] On Tuesday April 19 2022 at 10:30 am at the Harris County Jail (701 N San Jacinto St, Houston, TX 77002) Family of slained teen Diamond Alvarez will respond to the re-arrest of Frank Deleon. The Alvarez Family and FIEL spokespeople will be available for comment.

"Over the Easter weekend Frank Deleon once again thought he was above the law and violated the conditions of his bond. We want to send a clear message to all those involved in this case that Diamond did not get a second chance and neither should her killer. We would like to ask for the judge to deny bail, for the court to realize that this man poses a risk to the community, he also poses a risk to Diamond’s family and that if he is to be released it must be for a minimum of 10% bond. This family has suffered enough and to now find out that Franks is not abiding by the rules adds insult to injury. " – Cesar Espinosa FIEL Executive Director

  1. I want to now where they got the $250k…..to bail his worthless but out. I hope he forfeits and that will teach his coddling mother/parents a lesson in bailing him out. The boy obviously gets away with too much when it comes to females/women. Where’s dad??….prison?? Indict, convict, sentence, then catapult him back to the land of his great grand parents so he can liv out his sentence in a real prison. Ours have too many animal rights for uncivilized mutts. Ain’t no way boy-ain’tnooo way that boy would be living anywhere close to me if that had been mine…ByeBye Frankie…byebye mama papi abuela abuelo siblings the dog the cat the bird the fish. Some crimes don’t need a trial.
