FAMILY OF DIAMOND ALVAREZ RESPONDS TO KILLER’S ARREST
[HOUSTON, TX] On Tuesday April 19 2022 at 10:30 am at the Harris County Jail (701 N San Jacinto St, Houston, TX 77002) Family of slained teen Diamond Alvarez will respond to the re-arrest of Frank Deleon. The Alvarez Family and FIEL spokespeople will be available for comment.
"Over the Easter weekend Frank Deleon once again thought he was above the law and violated the conditions of his bond. We want to send a clear message to all those involved in this case that Diamond did not get a second chance and neither should her killer. We would like to ask for the judge to deny bail, for the court to realize that this man poses a risk to the community, he also poses a risk to Diamond’s family and that if he is to be released it must be for a minimum of 10% bond.
