GHOST BIKE PLACEMENT FOR IMMIGRANT KILLED ON HIS WAY HOME
[Houston TX.] On Saturday October 15, 2022 at 2:00 pm at 348 S Cesar Chavez Blvd, Houston, TX 77011. Houston Ghost Bike and FIEL will be placing a Ghost bike to commemorate the passing of Sajid Barajas
We want to urge the community to contact HDP/Crime stoppers with any and all information anyone might have regarding this hit and run. The suspect is still at large.
“According to Houston police, the 47-year-old man was riding his bicycle in the 300 block of South Cesar Chavez Boulevard near Rusk at about 2:15 a.m. on May 30, when the driver of a white Nissan Altima hit Barajas from behind. Barajas was thrown onto the road, near a railroad track. He was pronounced dead at the scene.” Source ABC13
