VICTIMS OF CRYPTO FRAUD PROTEST AT FEDERAL COURT

[HOUSTON, TX]On Thursday March 23, 2023 at 9:30am at the Federal Courthouse (515 rusk Houston, TX 77002) victims of CFX, families and FIEL Spokespeople will gather to protest and attend the hearing of Mauricio Chavez with the SEC. We will be present to put a face on this case and to let the court see how many people were affected.

Families will share their stories with the media during the rally after the rally and once they have come out after the hearing with Mauricio Chavez and the Receiver.

In this hearing the attorney and the SEC will deal primarily with these three issues.

The attorneys will have to come to an agreement on a schedule on when the trial will begin.
Come to an agreement on the cost that the defense will incur.
The judge will like for the attorneys to present the entire case.

Judge Hanen wants to take Mauricio Chavez to trial as soon as possible and we thank him for that. This case encompases 26 states in the U.S. 6 countries and 5000 would be investors in a scheme that could reach $250,000,000 in this pyramid schemes where Mauricio Chavez and his allies robbed hard working families in a pyramid scheme.
