EMERGENCY ACTION BY MAN RUN DOWN BY ICE
[HOUSTON, TX] On Sunday, October 11, 2026, at 11:00 am at the corner of clay and Hwy 6 1(6211 Clay Rd. Houston, TX 77084) the family of Miguel Parra, community leaders and FIEL spokespeople will gather to give an update on the incident that occurred on Saturday, October 10.
"We have been in contact with Miguel’s family, and they are very worried about his health. He is alive but is supposed to undergo surgery for his leg, which is broken in three places. WE must hold all parties accountable and demand a thorough, transparent investigation. We have more questions than answers. The biggest question we have is why does this keep happening? We demand answers and transparency from all agencies involved. The community needs to know the identities of the agents and if there are charges that are filed for the wrongdoing committed" -Cesar Espinosa FIEL Houston
