URGENT Families face Separation During the Holidays
Families of people picked up by ICE Tell their stories.
[Houston, TX] On Wednesday December 20, 2017 at 11:00am at FIEL Headquarters (6610 Harwin #214 Houston, TX 77036) TWO families of men who were picked up erroneously by ICE will tell their stories and how they are being separated from their loved ones. Family members and FIEL spokespeople will be available for comment.
Mr Everardo Cardoso and Mr Ruben Ramos were goign to work on December 12, 2017 were headed to work when they were intercepted by ICE and asked is they knew a person they were looking for. Upon saying "no" they themselves were questioned about their status. Upon them confessing they had no status they were detained by ICE. Both men have family in the U.S. and both have citizen children. The men can be deported at ANY TIME. The families will be present to tell their story.
