FIEL Joins with NAACP to demand the resignation of Scott Henry

[HOUSTON, TX] Today January 13, 2022 at 5:30pm at CFISD HQ FIEL will join with NAACP and other community organizations. FIEL spokespeople and CFISD students will be available for comment.

" On Monday Scott Henry made some startling statements when it comes to black teachers and students. What we saw in the video posted on Twitter was only a snippet of his racist tirade that evening. We will not stand for a public official to make these kinds of statements. As a parent and as a community member we want Mr. Henry to resign.
