Houston to Unwelcome Abbott
[HOUSTON, TX]On Saturday June 9, 2022 at 9:00am at the RNC Hispanic Center (614 S Wayside Houston, TX 77011) Community members and FIEL will gather to protest Governor Abbott’s visit to Houston.
"Governor Abott’s tenure as Governor of Texas has been the subject of many failures. From attacking vulnerable communities to failing our power grid to standing idle while children get killed in our schools time and time again governor Abbott has continued to be a failure. So, while his party applauds him we as community members want to send a clear message that WE DO NOT WELCOME HIM OR his archaic ideas in our city.
