BIRTHRIGHT CITIZENSHIP UPHELD!
[HOUSTON, TX] On Tuesday, June 30, 2026, the Supreme Court upheld birthright citizenship. In a 5-4 Contitutional decision, the Supreme Court upheld that the 14 amendment is correct. FIEL spokespeople are available for comment
" After 2 years of limbo, the Supreme Court has ratified the meaning of the 14th Amendment and said that anyone born in the U.S. is subject to the 14th Amendment! The court made a decision based on the constitutionality of the executive order denying Trump’s ability to circumvent the Constitution. This decision clarifies that for things to change, Congress would have to push for a constitutional amendment. We continue to work to uplift our community, and we continue to believe in the constitution of the United States, reiterating that no administration can create laws that benefit their political agenda.
