[HOUSTON, TX] On Monday September 28, 2026 the Texas Tribune released the name of the shooter in the murder of Lorenzo Salgado Araujo. READ ARTICLE HERE The following Statemnet may be attributed to FIEL.
"For the last 83 days the Houston Community has been waiting for the name of Lorenzo Salgado Araujo’s killer to be released. Today marks that day. This is the first step in the right direction to be able to hold ICE accountable. It is within the public’s right and within the family’s right to know the identity of the shooters. We now await the results of the grand jury. This case must be investigated til the very end and the people sho killed Lorenzo Salgado Araujo should be brought to justice.
